Summer 2026 Programs
A summer to grow wild.
Five distinct ways your child can move, learn, and connect this summer — across our sensory motor gym and our 50-acre farm. Built for neurodivergent kids, designed around how they actually learn best.

Heads up · summer closures: No regular sessions the weeks of July 13–16 and August 10–13 — we're running summer intensives those two weeks. Regular programming resumes Monday after each.
Saturday
Equine Assisted Therapy Groups
All summer programming is scheduled directly with your therapist, not through open registration. This allows us to thoughtfully consider group dynamics, staffing, and clinical fit when building each cohort — because the right group of kids in the right room with the right clinician is what makes summer at GroWild work
MONDAY · THURSDAY
Co-Treatment Groups
Three kids, three clinicians:
Each child works on individual goals; communication, sensory integration, motor planning, social skills, etc while practicing meaningful connection with peers in real time.
The 1:1 clinician-to-child ratio means every child gets focused, individualized attention. The group format means they're learning what no individual therapy session can teach: how to be themselves with other people.
The same model runs at both locations — the farm on Mondays brings the regulating power of horses and outdoors, while the boutique playroom on Thursdays offers sensory-rich indoor play.

.TWO WEEKS THIS SUMMER ·
Sensory Communication Intensives.
A summer of therapy in one week.
Kids attend two hours a day for four days in our 1:1 co-treatment model — one clinician per child, three children per group, OT and SLP working side by side.
Concentrated sensory and communication work paired with relational connection — the kind of focused progress that's hard to replicate in weekly hour sessions. Ideal for kids who do well with deep immersion, or families who want concentrated summer progress..

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY MORNINGS 9 AM – 12 PM
Occupation-Centered Skills Groups
$425/week · Tuesday + Wednesday, 9 AM–12 PM
Mini-camps where kids learn to do things — real things — in a small (3-5) sensory-aware group. Built around meaningful occupations that build executive function, motor planning, social skills, and creative confidence.
Each week camp focuses on one theme. Kids build skills they actually want to use — and leave with something they made. Though these groups are hosted by and OT and occupationally centered they are NOT direct therapy services. Please note they are priced accordingly. A little more support than a typical day camp, but not 1:1 model.
JUNE 23 & 24
Horse Sense Week 1
Kids learn to feed, groom, and read the subtle language horses use to communicate — building body awareness, regulation, and confidence through real responsibility. Held at our 50-acre farm; no riding, all relationship.
JULY 21 & 22
Garden-to-Table Real cooking, real ingredients, real fun — kids chop, mix, build, and taste their way through hands-on recipes using fresh food from the farm. Designed to be safe for selective eaters and exciting for everyone else.
JULY 7 & 8
Horse Sense Week 2
Kids learn to feed, groom, and read the subtle language horses use to communicate — building body awareness, regulation, and confidence through real responsibility. Held at our 50-acre farm; no riding, all relationship.
JULY 28 & 29
Learn to Sew Kids learn to hand-stitch, thread a needle, and run a sewing machine building hand strength, focus, and the kind of patience that comes from finishing something. Everyone leaves with a project they made themselves.
TUESDAY · WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS
1PM - 5 PM
Traditional 1:1 OT
Traditional one-on-one OT in our clinic, the way you know and love it. These afternoon slots are especially great for families with siblings who need to be present in session — we welcome the whole family in the space, so nobody has to find childcare to get to their child's therapy. Traditional OT is held by Dr. Courtney McIntyre, OTD, OTR/L.
**Please Note: Each clinician sets their own rates, please discuss summer scheduling directly with your therapist.
FRIDAY · SATURDAY · AT THE FARM
Equine-Assisted OT
On our 50-acre farm, kids work one-on-one with both Dr. Courtney McIntyre, a certified hippotherapy clinical OT and one of our therapy horses— using the horse's movement, presence, and relational rhythm to support sensory integration, regulation, motor planning, and authentic connection. Equine-assisted OT also runs in small group formats on Saturdays for families who want a community connection alongside therapy.
FRIDAYS 1:1 EQUINE ASSISTED OT
One-on-one therapeutic sessions on horseback and on the ground. Work one-on-one with an AHCB certified hippotherapy OT and a horse — using the horse's movement, presence, and relational rhythm to support sensory integration, regulation, motor planning, and authentic connection
PARENT GROUP
EQUINE CONNECTION AND THE ART OF CO-REGULATION
SATURDAYS 9am- 11am
A Saturday morning parent group at the barn, holding space for caregivers of neurodivergent kids. Working with horses to learn the embodied skill of co-regulation — because supporting your child starts within.
KIDS KLICKER ACADEMY
AGES 10+
SATURDAYS · JULY 11th, 18th, 25th · 2 PM – 4 PM · AGES 10+
A specialty program for kids ages 10 and up working with horses through clicker-based positive reinforcement, building confidence, communication, and a genuine working relationship with the horse.
CONFIDENCE AND LEADERHIP ACADEMY
AGES 8+
SATURDAYS · AUGUST 1st, 8th, & 15th 2 PM – 4 PM · AGES 8+
A culminating summer program where youth ages 8 and up lead horses through relationship, communication, and trust — building leadership skills and self-advocacy through the kind of partnership only horses can teach. Lead your equine partner through obstacles and build trust within a small therapy group.
**Please Note: Each clinician sets their own rates, please discuss summer scheduling directly with your therapist. Equine program is 1:1 or group therapy based on description above.
