Who Can Attend:
We’re boutique by design - intentionally small to create a safer, higher-quality play experience.
At GroWild, we limit capacity so kids can fully enjoy safe, adventurous play, climbing, swinging, and exploring in a space where safety and growth go hand-in-hand.
Age Range: Our modular design allows us to tailor the space for all ages - from early childhood through teens (and even adults!).
Note: GroWild is not suitable for children under 2 years old.
Capacity: Up to 15 children (under 18) and a total of 35 guests, including adults and hosts.
Important: Capacity limits are strictly enforced for safety and are non-negotiable - additional guests cannot be added, even for an extra fee.

For safety and comfort, we strictly cap parties at :
15 children (under 18)
35 guests total including adults and hosts.
Our capacity is non-negotiable.
Capacity is enforced to ensure a safe, high-quality play experience for everyone.

Our modular design allows us to customize the play space for all ages, From childhood through teens and adults. Our space was specifically engineered to allow for adults to play on the equipment to allow family fun!
Please note we are not suitable for children under 2 years old due to safety and equipment design.

Each party includes 2 hours of exclusive playtime, plus 30 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup.
If you arrive earlier than your setup window, we may still be preparing the space for your event. We will promptly start your party set up at the assigned time. -
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Please note: Food and drinks are only allowed on the wood floor area. No food or beverages are permitted on mats, play equipment, or in active play zones. -
We include tables, stools, a food/cake table, shelving for gifts, plus paper plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.
We also handle setup, cleanup, and provide an event attendant to support your celebration from start to finish.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring decorations that can be easily removed (such as table décor, banners). You can also select from our party ad ons for backdrops and non-latex balloon arches.
No outside balloons at this time- sorry! Please no confetti, glitter, or wall adhesives that could damage surfaces.

How do I book my party?
Booking your GroWild party is simple!
Click the “Book Now” button on our website.
You’ll be redirected to our Vagaro app. Parties are listed under “Classes.”
Select the party type you want from the dropdown menu.
Add any extras you’d like.
Complete the rental agreement.
Pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Once completed, your party is officially reserved!

Yes! Our space can be transformed for adult-only events such as ladies’ nights, bridal showers, or team gatherings.
Ask us about customizing the lighting, setup, and vibe to fit your celebration.

All guests must have a completed liability waiver before entering the play area.
Hosts are responsible for sharing the waiver link with guests in advance. Guests without a signed waiver will not be permitted to play.

Party & Event Rental — $450
This base package includes everything you need to host a fun, memorable event in our space. It covers the use of the venue and essential amenities for the duration of your booking.
Add-On Services — Additional Cost
To help you customize your experience, we offer a variety of optional add-on services. These may include food packages, décor enhancements, entertainment, or convenience services designed to make your event extra special and stress-free for families. Each add-on is priced separately and can be tailored to fit your needs.
