• All parties require a non-refundable $250 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

• We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to move your event to another available date.

• If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit may be credited toward a future party or converted into open gym passes of equal value.

• Deposits are non-transferable to another family and cannot be refunded.

• Final balance is due on the day of your event.

• Outside food and drinks are welcome but must remain in the dedicated party seating area at all times. Food and beverages are not permitted in the play areas for safety and cleanliness.

• GroWild provides a small reception area with seating for up to 18 guests. Please note that our space is designed for play and celebration, but it is not a banquet-style facility. If you anticipate large catered meals or buffet service, this may not be the right fit.

• A fridge and microwave are available for your convenience. We recommend bringing snacks, cake, and light refreshments rather than full meals.

We love seeing families make our space their own! To keep GroWild safe, clean, and fun for everyone, please follow these guidelines when decorating for your event:

• No balloons or glitter are allowed, as they can be unsafe for little ones and difficult to clean.

• Wall-safe décor only – You may use painter’s tape or command strips to hang decorations. Please do not use tacks, nails, or adhesives that could damage walls or surfaces.

• Tabletop décor is welcome (tablecloths, centerpieces, themed items, etc.), but please avoid confetti, silly string, or small scatter items.

• Our custom crawl-through shelving makes a perfect spot for themed displays, photos, favors, or a backdrop.

• Please plan decorations that can be set up and taken down within your reserved access time (30 minutes before and after your party).

• Open flames (including candles other than those on a cake), sparklers, and fog/bubble machines are not permitted.

• Hosts are responsible for removing all decorations and belongings at the end of the event.

At GroWild, our goal is to create an environment where adults and kids play together for the best possible experience. Our space is designed for active engagement, not large spectator crowds.

• Standard party rentals include 18 play participants, each with one accompanying adult.

• The maximum occupancy for any event is 45 people total (children + adults).

• For the most enjoyable and safe experience, we recommend limiting the number of non-participating guests (adults who are not actively playing) so the focus stays on shared play and movement and reduce hazards.

This balance helps keep the space comfortable, safe, and fun for everyone while ensuring your guests get the most out of the GroWild experience!

We want your party experience to be smooth and stress-free!

• Party hosts are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before their scheduled party time for setup.

• After your celebration, you’ll have 30 minutes to clean up and exit the space.

• A dedicated staff member will be on hand to help support setup and cleanup, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Hosts are responsible for removing all personal items, decorations, and leftover food at the end of their event.

• Please plan decorations and refreshments with setup and cleanup time in mind.

Waiver Requirement

Safety is our top priority at GroWild. All participants must have a signed waiver on file before entering the play areas.

• Party hosts are responsible for notifying their guests in advance that a waiver must be completed prior to play.

• Waivers can be completed online ahead of time or upon arrival at the event.

• Guests without a signed waiver will not be permitted to participate in play activities.
